§ 20-296. Fast-food restaurants.

The following applies to fast-food restaurants:
(1)

The site shall be located only on sites having direct access to minor arterial streets, collectors or service roads.

(2)

No outside speaker systems shall be allowed without approval from the city council.

(3)

Stacking areas for drive-through windows, if present, shall conform to appropriate parking setbacks.

(4)

Building shall be set back at least 100 feet and screened from any adjacent property designated for residential use in the comprehensive plan.
