§ 20-295. Farmer's market.

(a)

Trash receptacles and screened dumpsters must be provided. Large dumpsters must be picked up the day following the close of the farmers market, a minimum of once per week.

(b)

The site shall be maintained and cleaned up on a nightly basis to eliminate debris or rodent activity.

(c)

The site must be accessible via a collector or an arterial roadway.

(d)

Sales hours shall be between sunrise and sunset.

(e)

A parking plan proportionate to the number of vendors shall be submitted for city review and approval.

(f)

Restroom facilities shall be provided.
