§ 12-6. Commercial vehicles on certain streets.

The city council by resolution may designate streets on which travel by commercial vehicles in excess of a specific number of pounds gross weight is prohibited. The city maintenance superintendent shall erect appropriate signs on such streets. No person shall operate a commercial vehicle on such posted streets in violation of the restrictions stated.
