§ 3-6. Registration.

Latest version.

All persons using or maintaining any alarm system within the city shall register such alarm system with the sheriff, using registration forms to be furnished by the sheriff within 30 days after the installation of the alarm system. Any alteration or modification of any previously registered alarm system shall be registered with the sheriff, using registration forms to be furnished by the sheriff, within 30 days of the commencement of the alteration or modification.
