§ 20-1179. Landscape budget.

(a)

Landscaping shall be provided that meets the minimum landscaping budget provided in the table below:

Below $1,000,000	2%
$1,000,001—2,000,000	$20,000 + 1% of project value in excess of $1,000,000
$2,000,001—3,000,000	$30,000 + 0.75% of project value in excess of $2,000,000
$3,000,001—4,000,000	$37,500 + 0.25% of project value in excess of $3,000,000
Over $4,000,000	1%

 

(b)

At the city's discretion, the value of tree preservation may be utilized to offset landscaping requirements.
