§ 20-1178. Generally.

(a)

It is the policy of the city to preserve natural woodland areas throughout the city and with respect to specific site development to retain as far as practical, substantial tree stands which can be incorporated into the overall landscape plan.

(b)

No clearcutting of woodland areas shall be permitted except as approved in a subdivision, planned unit development or site plan application.

(c)

The standards in City Code subsection 18-61(d) shall be used in evaluating site plans.
