§ 20-912. Storage of garbage and trash.

(a)

No exterior incineration of trash or garbage is permissible.

(b)

No exterior storage of trash or garbage is permissible except in an accessory building enclosed by walls and roof, or in closed containers within a totally screened area.

(c)

Subsection (b) does not apply to covered garbage cans in agricultural and Single-Family Districts.
