The following are conditional uses in a "CBD" District:
(1)

Brewery operated in conjunction with a taproom, producing over 3,500 barrels per year.

(2)

Drive-through facilities.

(3)

Convenience store with gas pumps.

(4)

Freestanding fast-food restaurants.
