The following are conditional uses in an "R-16" District:
(1)

Churches.

(2)

Day care center.

(3)

Group home serving from seven to 16 persons.

(4)

Health services.

(5)

Recreational beach lots.

(6)

Temporary real estate office and model home.

(7)

Towers and antennas as regulated by article XXX of this chapter.
