§ 20-632. Permitted uses.

The following uses are permitted in an "R-4" District:

(1)

Single-family dwellings.

(2)

Two-family dwellings.

(3)

Public and private parks and open space.

(4)

Group home serving six or fewer persons.

(5)

State-licensed day care center for 12 or fewer children.

(6)

Utility services.

(7)

Temporary real estate office and model home.

(8)

Antennas as regulated by article XXX of this chapter.
