§ 20-413. Wetland alteration.

  • (a)

    An applicant for a wetland alteration permit must demonstrate that the activity impacting a wetland has complied or, through imposition of conditions of approval, will comply with all of the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.

    (b)

    A wetland alteration permit shall not be issued unless the proposed development complies with this article.

    (c)

    When a wetland alteration permit is issued allowing wetland alteration, the alteration must be consistent with the city's surface water management plan and the Wetland Conservation Act. The alteration shall not alter the hydrological patterns in the remainder of the wetland, if a portion of the wetland remains, unless exempted under section 20-417.
