§ 20-377. Permitted uses.

(a)

The uses listed in section 20-348 of this article pertaining to Floodway District permitted uses, are permitted uses.

(b)

All other uses are subject to the floodway/flood fringe evaluation criteria specified in section 20-378. Division 2 of this article applies if the proposed use is determined to be in the Floodway District. Division 3 of this article applies if the proposed use is determined to be in the Flood Fringe District.
