§ 20-263. Model home.
This criterion applies only to dwelling units which are converted into office space on a temporary basis, removed following occupancy, or leasing of 90 percent of the units or three years after opening of development.
(1)
Five parking spaces shall be provided.
(2)
Lighting shall be provided to ensure safety.
(3)
The structure must be located within 150 feet of a paved road surface (i.e. bituminous or concrete roadway).
