§ 20-255. Commercial kennels, stables and riding academies.

The following applies to commercial kennels, stables and riding academies:
(1)

The structure must be in compliance with chapter 5, article III.

(2)

The site must be located on a collector street.

(3)

The structure must be a minimum of 200 feet from wetland area.
