§ 20-252. Bed and breakfast establishments.

The following applies to bed and breakfast establishments:
(1)

Two off-street parking spaces, plus one additional space per rental room must be provided.

(2)

There shall be no more than one employee in addition to the residents.

(3)

Establishment must be owner occupied.

(4)

Not more than five rooms may be rented. All rooms must be located in the principal dwelling except that one room may be located in a detached accessory structure.
