§ 20-3. Interpretation.

(a)

Where the conditions imposed by any provision of this chapter are either more or less restrictive than conditions imposed by other ordinances, the ordinance which is most restrictive shall prevail. When this chapter provides both general regulation as well as specific regulation of a subject, the specific regulation shall apply.

(b)

When the term "density" is used in this chapter without specifying "net density" or "gross density, " it shall be construed to mean "net density."
