§ 19-127. Compliance.

Community and individual sewer disposal systems, constructed under Section 201 of P.L. 97.117, Grant C271437, comply with Federal Regulations 40 CFR 35 for the maintenance, use and charges for such systems. Such sewer systems must also comply with all applicable provisions of articles III and IV of this chapter.
