§ 19-97. Connection permit.

No person shall connect any premises to storm sewer system without first obtaining a permit therefor from the city. Application for a permit shall be made on forms furnished by the city, and shall state the information required by the form. By making an application, each applicant agrees to be bound by all applicable ordinances. Permits shall be valid for a period of six months from the date of issuance.
