§ 19-52. Service lines.

It shall be the responsibility of the property owner to maintain the service line from the property line to the structure being served. In case of failure on the part of any owner to repair any leak occurring in the service line within 24 hours after oral or written notice has been given, the city may repair the leak and bill the property owner for the work and time incurred on the repair.
