§ 19-43. Permit for connections, etc.

(a)

Required . Work which is regulated by the Minnesota Plumbing Code, or that affects the city water lines or city sanitary sewer system shall not be performed without first obtaining a written permit from the city in accordance with the Minnesota State Building Code as adopted by the city.

(b)

Fees . The fees to be paid the city for plumbing permits shall be determined in accordance with chapter 4 of this Code.
