§ 18-56. Generally.

  • The proposed subdivision shall conform to the comprehensive plan, the design standards, and chapter 20 of the City Code. The design standards set forth in this article are minimum requirements. The city may impose additional or more stringent requirements concerning lot size, streets and overall design as deemed appropriate considering the property being subdivided.
