§ 18-3. Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. The city may withhold, revoke or deny any permits, approvals or any action required or if there is a violation of this chapter. Each week during which violation exists shall constitute a separate violation. The city may apply to the district court for injunctive relief for violation of this chapter.
