§ 12-37. Littering and obstructions.

(a)

No person shall deposit paper, litter, rubbish or debris on public or private property, or throw paper, litter, rubbish or debris from snowmobiles.

(b)

No person shall place obstructions, including ice blocks, on publicly owned lands or frozen waters so as to interfere with the lawful use thereof by the public.
