§ 12-3. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor; but if a minimum fine or imprisonment is prescribed by the M.S. ch. 169 for an offense, such penalty shall apply to a person convicted of the same offense under this article.
