§ 10-78. Application.

Latest version.

The application for a license shall contain the following information: name, address, and telephone number of applicant; the address of the location where fireworks will be sold; the type of legal fireworks to be sold; the estimated quantity of legal fireworks that will be stored and displayed on the licensed premises.
