Except to the extent the provisions of this article are more restrictive, the provisions
of M.S. ch. 340A, as amended, regarding the terms, licensing, consumption, sales,
hours of sale, and all other matters pertaining to the retail sale, distribution,
and consumption of intoxicating liquor and 3.2 percent malt liquor are adopted and
made a part of this article as if set out in full.
